Reminders!  A $30.00 Non-Refundable deposit is required for lashes and a $50.00 Non-Refundable is required for makeup services! If booking a wedding makeup for your wedding party a 50% payment of the total booking is due as a retainer fee to hold your appointment. If you book an appointment and the Deposit has not been sent in 48 hours with contract signing than your appointment will be cancelled and the appointment will not be approved. If needing to cancel an appointment under 48 hours a $40.00 cancelation fee is applied. Day of cancelations and day of no shows are charged the total cost of appointment, multiple appointments means multiple charges. JRO Artistry requires a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to rain checking appointments or moving time slots. If failed to do so you forfeit your non refundable deposit and have to rebook a new appointment with a new deposit. If needing to cancel an appointment please give your tech 48 hours notice. NO SHOW, NO PROBLEM... NO APPOINTMENT! I understand life happens and we may need to reschedule, no shows are not acceptable as a lot of time and preparation goes into your appointment. No-shows will be charged the full service cost, multiple services booked with no shows are multiple charges per service. An additional $10.00 is charged as a card on file charge for the square service machine hub providers. Please do not no show!

Did you know that Aftercare is our most important Job as a client. Although it is my Techs responsibility to teach me aftercare and to apply your lashes properly at a 1mm-2mm base from your lash line, at the end of the day retention is a 50/50 Job and up to me as a client to complete. It is the Clients Job to follow all aftercare instructions and to book their fill 2-3 weeks after their appointment. Lash mites are a thing! stay Hygienic and make sure you brush your lashes twice daily in a reverse mascara motion and once a night or every second night wash your lashes with our Lash bath Aftercare! I also sell the washing brushes in our aftercare kit!

Getting a fill is required every 2-3 weeks depending on how much lashes you have on. a Refill should be at least 50% or more left (Both eyes). Prior to be considered a fill.

Having it for 4 weeks or more is automatically considered a full set!

Yes, I do Foreign fills for customers who ask or desperately need that fill! 

What's a Foreign fill?

Basically getting lashes filled again by a different tech from your last one. I'lI take out the ones that are outgrown from a different lash technician and replace it with new ones basically same length but more work as we try to see what mapping was used, curl and length and how many lashes were used to create a fan. This is why a foreign fill is more money as this takes longer and more time to complete for each client!
