Kindly reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancelation charges.

1. Please inform us at least 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule, All Deposits are non-Refundable.

3. A cancellation fee will be applied for late cancellations under the 48 hour window. $40.00 cancelation fee includes the charge of our debit machine and cancelation fee.

4. No-shows will be charged the full service cost, multiple services booked with no shows are multiple charges per service. An additional $10.00 is charged as a card on file charge for the square service machine hub providers. Please do not no show!

5. Rescheduling within 48 hours is exempt from charges.

6. Exceptions for emergencies are permissible; kindly contact us directly.

7. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

8. Individual cancellation fees apply to multiple bookings.

9. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this policy.

10. Policy updates may occur, and any changes will be updated on our site policy page and within the contracts.

11. Stat holidays- If booking us on a staff holiday it is a additional 25% service charge applied for total of appointment booking services. This is for all stat days to book with JRO Artistry. We are closed Christmas as we celebrate this depending on the service and if we can Christmas day we charge triple the price of a service on Christmas day. Negotiations for Christmas can be discussed if its for a wedding. 

12. All booking appointments need a credit card on file, with a non-refundable e transfer sent to JOrkusz@outlook.com or the appointment is not approved, we do not book appointments without a credit card on file, Similar to most beauty business's offering services.

13. If you received a Lash appointment, Lash Lift and Tint, or Brow lamination and tint, Dermaplaning, or sugaring hair removal and its within 48 hours of your appointment and you need a touch up or there are issues with the lashes and brows we can touch you up for free within the 48 hours of our policy! Anything past 48 hours WOULD NOT be free and would be a weekly fill fee or touch up fee! 

14. All Bridal appointment deposits are 50% of the booking total and the remainder balance of the booking is paid the week of before the wedding day. It is hard collecting full payment of a event like this the day of as everyone is busy so it works easier for our business needs this way. This is why we have a contract established to protect the client and our Business.
